Santos Youth involved in a City of Cape Town Activity

The City of Cape Town along with some youth of Khayelitsha hosted the final of the Revival of Soccer program on Friday, 3rd October 2008, at Strandfontein Sports grounds.





The program took place over the period of 29th September 2008 until 3rd October 2008, in Khayelitsha as well as
in Strandfontein. It was launched in aid of youth, that are not so fortunate to participate in any sporting activities.

The following four youth represented Santos in a 5-a-side game against five of The City of Cape Town officials:
Faheem Harris, Banisa, Mase and Luvo.

Santos was unfortunately defeated by 1 point to 0, but at the end of the day we were represented with pride,
as “The People’s Team”.
