After Briton Stars’ goalkeeper stopped the ball back into play, Santos’s Lennox scored from the rebound.
‘Generally we should have wrapped up the game in the first half, since we had very good chances of scoring’
said Coach David Notoane.

Unfortunately Santos loss their concentration and the keeper could not stop the ball, even though he tried to flip it over the bar, the opposition still managed to put the ball through the net.

According to Coach Notoane the team did not have a good start to the season at all, but still play well.
The team is mostly made up out of dedicated, hard working youngsters, 18 years of age. It is just a matter of time until we regain victory, in order to boost the team’s confidence.
