They have been selected to be part of the Under 17 national team camp from 20th - 27th April 2009.

This is a selection camp whereas players who meet the selection criteria will travel with the team to Botswana to honor a four nation tournament from the 23 rd-27 th April 2009.

The selected players have been released to assemble at Milpark, Garden Court at 09h30 this morning and will be returned to the club, once the tournament is over.

“This is something that we have been pushing for years; the mere fact that Cape Town players are not being recognized in the Junior National Teams. It is good for these four players to have been selected. It will be a great experience for them, whether they make it into the squad or not. At least they will be able to manage something, in order to take this opportunity further.”

The final squad will be selected at the training camp from 23 rd-27 th April 2009.
