Santos In Inspiring Form

The outstanding early season form shown by the Peoples’ Team has inspired many of the club’s die-hard supporters…
Below are a few emails of support we have received over the past week…
1. Santos an inspiration for generations
Your team has been an inspiration to the common man for many generations.
When I started teaching you guys came to my school, Bergsig Primary in Bonteheuwel , to provide my boys with free couching clinics which they really enjoyed. They benefited tremendously by this as they ended up winning the school league every year.
I am teaching in Portlands ,Mitchell's Plain now at Montagu Drive Primary and I took some boys to the Ajax game last Wednesday and the Sundowns game on Saturday courtesy of my cousin, Orlin Powell , which proved once again there are some professionals willing to give back and made them feel like everything is possible. Your whole team are really superb.
I just want to wish you guys luck , from my boys and myself , for the rest of the season and when ever you guys should visit schools in the area please give us a call because there are so much more boys who would dream to meet your players.
PS: The under 12 boys will be playing in the finals of the Mitchell's Plain League.

2. Consistency the key
I want to congratulate "THE PEOPLE'S TEAM " on their victories over Ajax and Sundowns. I just hope Boebie and the boys realise for us to win the league, which we can, we need to be consistent.
Well done boys and keep the SANTOS flag flying high.

Congratulations to Santos for a very special derby win against Ajax last night.

I just want to congratulate the boys on their win against the Urban Warriors last night. The People’s Team played very well, especially in the second half of the match. Not even an in-form Franklin Cale could stop our boys.
Keep up the good work and make us even more proud, boys!!!

6. Letter from an 'Offshore' fan
I managed to watch Santos play against Kaizer Chiefs and i was quite impressed, due to me working offshore I could not attend the two home games but i am exited about the results.
I can see Boebie has improved on the quality of play in comparison to last years type of soccer, but there is still lots of room for improvement.
Tell Boebie I say good luck for the rest of the season and tell Keith America I send my regards.
