SOLOMONS LOOKING FOR CONSISTENCY
30 September 2009

Santos will be looking to make it two wins on the trot when they clash with Mpumalanga Black Aces at the Coetzenburg Stadium on Friday night.
The Peoples’ Team go into the match in fifth spot on the log, and a win could see them move into the top three, ahead of Saturday and Sunday’s fixtures.
Aces come into the game 11 th position, but with nine points, they are only three points behind Santos.
In addition, Aces had a very positive result in the previous match, scoring a solid 2-0 win over AmaZulu.
Zambian marksman Clifford Mulenga netted both goals, one of them a stunning long range effort, and will most likely prove to be a danger man on Friday.
Santos coach Boebie Solomons acknowledged that Aces will be tough opponents, but with this being a home game, he is hopeful of a good result for Santos.
“Aces are a good side who have won their last game convincingly. They have experienced players who have a game plan that is hard to read or predict, thus making it difficult to predict a score or result
“However we are looking for consistency in form and an improved performance but with a home ground advantage, a positive result will be our aim, “ said Solomons.
